It depends on lot size, how much trimming you need, and what condition your property is in when we start. For most homes in Country Knolls—typically half-acre to acre lots with established landscaping—weekly mowing and trimming runs between $50-$80 per visit during peak season.
That covers mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing off hardscapes. If you need regular shrub trimming or additional bed maintenance, that adjusts the price. Spring and fall cleanups are separate and priced based on scope—how many leaves, how much debris, whether beds need mulch.

Weekly during peak growing season, which in Country Knolls typically runs May through early October. Grass grows fast when temperatures are right and we’re getting regular rain—sometimes an inch or more per week in late spring and early summer.
If you let it go two weeks, you’re cutting off too much height at once, which stresses the grass and leaves clumps of clippings that smother what’s underneath. You end up with brown patches and uneven growth.
In early spring and late fall when growth slows down, you can sometimes stretch it to every 10 days or two weeks. We adjust scheduling based on actual growth, not a rigid calendar. If it doesn’t need cutting, we’re not showing up just to run the mower over it.
Yes. Clippings, trimmings, leaves, and debris get loaded and hauled away as part of the service. You’re not left with piles sitting in your driveway or bags you need to deal with.
Some companies mulch clippings back into the lawn, which works fine if grass isn’t too long and conditions are right. But if it’s wet or we’re cutting off significant height, clippings clump up and create problems. We remove them so your lawn looks clean when we’re done.
For spring and fall cleanups, everything gets hauled—leaves, old mulch we’re replacing, branches, whatever we’re clearing out. You don’t need to arrange disposal or make trips to the dump yourself.
Spring cleanup focuses on getting your property ready for the growing season. We rake up leftover leaves and debris that accumulated over winter, cut back dead perennials and ornamental grasses, edge out beds that have grown into the lawn, and refresh mulch if needed. It’s about clearing out the old so new growth has room.
Fall cleanup is mostly about leaf removal and putting the property to bed for winter. We’re raking and hauling leaves—sometimes multiple visits depending on how many trees you have and when they drop. We do a final mow, trim back plants that need it, and clear gutters if that’s part of your service.
Both cleanups take more time than regular maintenance because there’s more material to move and more detail work. In Country Knolls where properties have mature trees and established beds, fall cleanup especially can be a multi-day job depending on leaf volume.
Yes. We schedule maintenance visits during regular business hours, typically between 7 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. If you work from home or have specific timing preferences, let us know and we’ll work around it.
Most clients aren’t home when we’re there. We don’t need you present to do the work—we know what needs to happen and we handle it. You’ll get a text when we’re done.
If you have dogs that need to be inside or gates that need to stay closed, just tell us during the estimate. We’ve worked with every situation. The goal is to make this as easy as possible for you, not add another thing you need to manage.
Usually within a week, sometimes sooner depending on where we are in the schedule. We get estimates back to you within 24 hours of looking at your property. Once you approve, we slot you into the route.
During peak season in late spring and early summer, there might be a short wait while we work through the queue. But we’re not talking weeks or months—typically just a few days until we can get you on the regular rotation.
If your lawn is overgrown and needs immediate attention, we can often fit in a one-time cut to get it back under control while we’re setting up the regular schedule. We’re not going to let your property sit there looking rough for two weeks just because the calendar says so.
